A textile archive at a historic Leeds mill has been awarded a major funding boost to ensure its woven treasures are enjoyed by future generations.

The woven textile archive at Sunny Bank Mills in Farsley, one of the most significant and substantial of its kind in the UK, has been awarded a £40,000 grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund.

The grant will be used to work in partnership with a nearby inclusive learning centre.
